To fix the IP address on a Windows 7 computer's network card, you'll need to manually configure the network settings. Here's how you can do it:

Open Network and Sharing Center:
Click on the "Start" button (Windows logo).
Type "Network and Sharing Center" in the search box and press Enter.

Access Adapter Settings:
In the Network and Sharing Center, click on "Change adapter settings" in the left sidebar.

Open Adapter Properties:
Right-click on the network adapter you want to configure (e.g., Ethernet or Wi-Fi) and select "Properties."

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4):
In the list of components, locate "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and select it.
Click the "Properties" button.

Configure IP Address Settings:
In the TCP/IPv4 Properties window, select the option to "Use the following IP address."
Enter the desired IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and preferred/alternate DNS server addresses. Make sure these settings are appropriate for your network.

Save Settings:
After entering the IP settings, click the "OK" button to save the changes.

Apply Changes:
Back in the adapter properties window, click the "OK" button to apply the changes.

Restart Network Adapter:
You might need to restart the network adapter for the changes to take effect. You can do this by disabling and then enabling the adapter from the Network Connections window.

Test the Configuration:
Open a web browser and try to access a website to verify that your network connection is working with the new IP address.

Please note that these steps are based on the Windows 7 interface. Keep in mind that Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, which means it's not receiving security updates. It's recommended to upgrade to a more recent version of Windows to ensure the security and functionality of your computer.

Additionally, if you're part of a corporate network or managed environment, these settings might be controlled by your network administrator, and you should consult them before making changes to your network configuration.
